6. Financial Responsibilities
Pay membership dues on time
Contribute fairly to shared event costs
Handle club funds transparently if in a leadership position
Request reimbursement for approved expenses within 30 days
7. Disciplinary Actions
First violation: Verbal warning from leadership
Second violation: Written warning and probation period
Third violation: Suspension from club activities
Serious violations may result in immediate membership termination
8. Leadership Structure
Executive board elected annually by membership vote
Leadership positions require minimum 2 years of membership
Board meetings held monthly with minutes available to members
Leadership decisions made by majority vote
